My practice began as a lifeline that helped me manage emotional dysregulation and soothe my mental exhaustion. After severe burnout for the second time in my life I discovered Somatic Therapy; it was the missing piece that took me from simply managing life’s stressors to truly transforming out of a state of constant activation.
As a meditation and yoga teacher for 10 years & a current student of Somatic Experiencing International - Embodied Being blends the skills of cultivating meditative awareness into the felt sense reality of the body - where we can learn to hear the story our nervous system.
Embodied Being Podcast began as a desire to support the development of somatic skill building in an accessible & relateable way.
